Who this is for
People who want the specific kind of support that comes from others working on the same thing.
People who've made progress individually and want practice with real people in the room.
People looking for a lower-cost complement to, or alternative to, individual therapy.

What we work on
How it works
Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes, in a weekly series. Joining usually starts with a brief screening conversation to make sure the group is the right fit for you and for the group.
Approaches we use here
Process groups
Structured space to work through what's happening in real time with peers and a facilitator
Psychoeducational groups
Skills-focused groups built around a specific topic, with structured content each week.
What makes this different
Group therapy isn't a lesser version of individual work — for some concerns, hearing you're not alone in a room of people who understand does something individual therapy can't.
