MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Medication management

Psychiatric evaluation and ongoing prescribing, provided alongside therapy so your care isn't split between two offices that never speak.

Who this is for

People already in therapy here whose clinician thinks medication may help.

People who want a psychiatric evaluation and don't currently have a therapist.

People managing an existing prescription who want their prescriber and therapist coordinating directly.

What we work on

How it works

An initial evaluation runs 45–60 minutes; follow-ups run 15–25 minutes, typically monthly to quarterly once a dose is stable.

Required, honest paragraph

Medication isn't a shortcut and it isn't a failure. For some conditions it's frontline treatment; for others it supports therapy rather than replacing it; for plenty of people it isn't needed at all. Finding the right medication and dose often takes more than one try, and most take several weeks to show their full effect. Your prescriber's job is to explain the tradeoffs honestly, including the side effects, and to make the decision with you rather than for you.

Approaches we use here

Psychiatric evaluation

Structured space to work through what's happening in real time with peers and a facilitator

Ongoing medication management

Skills-focused groups built around a specific topic, with structured content each week.

What makes this different

Your prescriber and your therapist are able to coordinate directly, with your consent, so your care isn't split between two offices that never speak.
